Q? Is there a minimum length of stay?
The minimum stay at the Villa is one night during low season, three nights during mid season and five nights during high season.
Q? Is a deposit required when I make a booking?
A good faith 30% deposit is required for a firm booking. More payment details and information, please find under section "PRICELIST"
Q? How long in advance do I have to book?
Bookings are requested at least 2 days prior to arrival. For last minute requests you are kindly requested to contact us at villabluecoast@gmail.com or +30 6974888321
Q? Are food supplies included in the rental fee?
As soon as you enter the Villa, an ‘Angela traditional’ welcome amenity basket will await you! Prepare to love her delicious cakes and all the treats she has arranged for you.
Q? Can I organise events in the Villa as a guest or just rent it for an event?
In order to guarantee the high quality services we are dedicated to offer, the villa is rented out for a specific number of persons mentioned in the agreement for leisure purposes alone. We thank you kindly for your understanding.
Q? Is the Villa pet friendly?
In Villa Blue Coast we love animals! Just let us know in advance and we will be more than happy to offer your dear friends with all the comforts to feel like home.
Q? Is the Villa accessible for disabled?
The Villa’s indoors and outdoors spaces are all fully accessible from disabled people and it also provides a lift as well.
Q? If we don’t make our own car arrangements how can we move around?
At Villa Blue Coast we are more than happy to help you with your sightseeing arrangements, organise your pre or post stay trips in Greece, make transfer arrangements, and all you can dream of for an unrivalled experience in Greece.
Q? Can we stay at the Villa only in the summertime?
Villa Blue Coast is designed and equipped to offer a relaxing and unforgettable stay all year round. The modern cooling and heating systems, along with a state of the art fireplace and at the same time a 15m x 6m infinity swimming pool, promise a cosy and unwinding atmosphere to please your senses during the warm summer months, but also during the cold winter nights.
Q? How many adults and children can be accommodated in Villa Blue Coast?
Our 500 sq.m. Villa can accommodate up to 10 people in four large en suite bedrooms. We may also accommodate an extra 2 to 3 guests on folding beds in our spacious recreational room.

Villa Blue Coast is owned and managed by Theodore and Angela.
After 30 years of work in the banking around the world my wife and I have settled back in Athens, Greece, where we have recently completed this beautiful villa which is a true resort place for relaxation.
Q? Where is Villa Blue Coast Located and how do I get there?
Villa Blue Coast is located in the heart of the Athens Riviera 20 mins from the Athens International Airport.
